Refunds apply only to our own support and consulting services, and only before the kick-off , with a 2% discount for transaction management .

๐Ÿ“Œ In the case of hardware and licensing , our team will act as an intermediary between the client and the manufacturer to manage any issues.

๐Ÿ“Œ After purchasing a service, ROISA TECH SOLUTIONS will contact the client within 24 business hours to schedule a kick-off meeting, where the details of the service will be defined.

๐Ÿ“Œ During this meeting, the client must provide necessary access and relevant information for the proper execution of the service, in addition to agreeing on an appropriate work window .

๐Ÿ“Œ If the service requires work outside of business hours , an additional cost will apply, which will be paid by the client .

๐Ÿ“Œ Refund Conditions

โŒ After the kick-off: There is no possibility of full or partial refund.
โŒ During the provision of the service: Full or partial refunds are not accepted.
