π Additionally, each client will sign a confidentiality agreement to strengthen information security.
π Geographic Coverage
π Remote Services: Available globally.
π’ In-person services: In Argentina, Uruguay, Chile and Paraguay .
π For customers outside of Argentina or Uruguay, invoices will be issued from the United States .
β° Opening Hours
π Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT -3) .
π After-hours support: Available by prior arrangement and with differentiated costs.
π Service Level Agreements (SLA)
For customers with subscriptions, we guarantee response times based on criticality:
π₯ Severity 1: Maximum 2 hours
β οΈ Severity 2: Maximum 4 hours
π§ Severity 3: Maximum 8 hours or the next business day
π Severity 4: Maximum 48 hours
π Severity 5: Maximum 72 hours
π Hiring Process
1οΈβ£ Initial request: The customer purchases on our website.
2οΈβ£ Initial meeting: We coordinate a meeting to understand your needs.
3οΈβ£ Agreement: Confidentiality agreements are signed and the service is defined.
4οΈβ£ Start: The service is activated after the contract is signed.
